Healthy Cranberry Quick Oats Bites

Whether you are looking for a quick breakfast on the go, or you want a good protein filled snack post workout... this is a must try! This snack was a saving grace for me when I was breastfeeding.

Healthy Cranberry Quick Oats Bites
Ingredients
1 cup of quick oats or steel cut oats
1/4 cup of dried cranberries
2 ripe bananas (mashed)
handful of white chocolate chips (optional)
handful of coconut flakes (optional)

Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.

In a mixing bowl mash up the bananas. Add in your dry ingredients and combine well.

Roll the oats and place the balls on a non-stick baking sheet. I tend to eyeball the size of the ball. Use your best judgement with it.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Enjoy!
